Your anonymous account stores your filed petitions, verdicts, scores, fictional credentials and typed callsign signatures. You can choose a nickname and opt into the public world leaderboard, which shows your nickname, best score, rank and earned status. Listing can be turned off in Archive. Legal names are not required. Submitted petitions, appeals and optional free-form oaths are sent to OpenAI through our backend for the fictional tribunal reaction after your consent. The first petition collects your chosen case details; later appeals reuse them and request a new appeal text. Petitions are kept on our server with their hearings and verdicts for as long as the account exists. They are never published and are not shown on public verdict pages or the leaderboard. Deleting your account removes it, with backups retained for 30 days. OpenAI's retention rules apply. Pending submissions may remain securely on your device until completed.

When you choose a spoken prayer or free-form oath, your microphone recording is sent to OpenAI for transcription after your consent. The server compares the recognized words with the prayer. Raw audio is not retained in our database; a free-form oath transcript and its reaction are saved with the hearing; OpenAI retention rules apply. This is not speaker identity verification. Local recordings are temporary and removed when you leave the ritual screen. When you request narration, the verdict and analysis are sent to OpenAI for AI-generated speech. The resulting audio is cached with your verdict for replay and deleted when you delete the account.

Verdicts are private until you choose to publish an unlisted link. Anyone with that link can read the verdict and analysis. You can revoke it in the app.

Delete your account from Archive in the app to remove its verdicts, audio and public pages. Minimal transaction replay-prevention records may remain. Rate-limit counters protect the service. No advertising tracking is included in this preview.

Court progress, recordings and purchases

Tribunals I and II are free. The optional, one-time non-consumable Tribunal III Unlock purchase opens its three hearings. There is no subscription. Earlier verified purchases retain their saved rights. StoreKit purchases are checked on our server with Apple; we store transaction references, product IDs and entitlement state for restoration, refunds and duplicate prevention. We do not receive your payment-card details.

We store court sessions, submitted petitions, selected replies, verdicts, Mercy Scores, assignments, collectible awards and game progress with an anonymous case identifier. Game challenges and replay inputs are submitted to the server to validate admission trials and prevent duplicate rewards. Pet type and name may be entered for the fictional final story choice. Limited Council and Quantum edition seats may retain anonymous tombstone records after deletion to prevent reissuing a previously awarded number. Tokens are non-transferable fictional collectibles, have no cash value and are not NFTs.

Optional spoken prayers and free-form oaths are recorded only when you start recording. After your consent, audio is sent to our backend and OpenAI for transcription. Temporary server audio files are deleted after processing; raw recordings are not stored in our database. A free-form oath's recognized text and the tribunal reaction are saved with the hearing. Ready-made prayers may be evaluated for completion against the displayed text. This is not speaker identity verification. OpenAI's retention rules apply. Local recordings are removed when the recording flow closes. Narration requested for a verdict uses its text and analysis; generated narration may be cached with the verdict for replay.

The fictional court uses versioned story rules. AI dialogue and Mercy Score do not change a hearing's fixed story result. No court decision provides real immunity, legal protection or a real-world benefit. Current rules and the terms of the Tribunal III purchase are displayed in the app; earlier proceedings retain their recorded version.

Advertising and tracking

The app has no advertising SDK, cross-app advertising tracking or data-broker sharing. Core game progress is used to operate the game, verify rewards and construct the optional public ranking. The website displays aggregate statistics; hosting providers may process network information to deliver and protect the service.

Court selfies

Where offered, a court selfie is used for a local face-pose check. A playful face-pose check runs locally on your iPhone; it is not an assessment of emotions, sincerity or personality. Selfies are not uploaded or saved and are discarded after the check. This does not affect Mercy Scores or collectible odds.

Collectibles and signatures

Hand-drawn signatures remain on your device and are not uploaded. Your typed callsign is stored with your case. Earned numbered collectibles are reconstructed from your saved judgments. They are not blockchain assets; NFT minting is not currently available.

This website

The website displays aggregate statistics and the same opt-in ranking as the app. It does not offer judgment submission or create an app account for visitors. No advertising analytics or tracking cookies are added by this website. Hosting and network providers may process IP addresses and connection information to deliver and protect the service.

Deletion and support

Older server backups may retain data until those backups are removed. To request help with your data or account, email cybermemodev@gmail.com. Do not send passwords, payment details or API keys. Paid accounts can be recovered through Restore purchases using the same Apple account and a verified purchase. Deleted accounts cannot be recovered. Unpaid accounts without their device credentials may not be recoverable. Optional profile photos are resized and stored only on the device, never uploaded. Daily server backups are retained for 30 days; pre-release rollback backups are removed after the release is confirmed.
